Cancellation Policy
I understand that things happen! Appointments may be rescheduled ONCE with the same deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required for booking. NO REFUNDS.
Cancellations may be made 12 hours in advance or there will be a charge for 25% of the service.
No Call/No Show clients will not be tolerated.
